No, I do not take insurance. I have chosen a fee-for-service approach to therapy intentionally. I take a non-pathologizing approach to therapy and this allows me to remain present and focused on the person rather than the diagnosis. This approach allows much more flexibility for goals and approaches.

$150 for 30 minute session
$175 for 50 minute session
